PRE VISIT

Once you have completed our digital consultation one of our guest happiness team members will review your form and reach out via your preferred contact method.

They will send you our online booking link as well as what services to book and which stylist we recommend if you don't already have a stylist in mind!

 

You will receive a text reminder and confirmation before each visit. You have 48 hours to reschedule your appointment before our cancellation policy kicks in.

Your first visit with us is so important! It can be intimidating and nerve wracking to see a new stylist for the first time! We understand that and work to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through our doors.

 

We are going to take the time to first chat about your hair goals. We will ask questions about your hair, budget, look at inspo pictures and create a roadmap to your dream hair!

During your service our stylists love to chat and connect with each guest, or if you'd prefer to work, read a book, or relax in silence we love that for you too! This is you time - spend it how you like. We have wifi, snacks, and other beverages for your to enjoy!

If you're here for color your stylist will curate a custom color formula just for you that is recorded in our database ready and waiting for you at each visit. 

 

If you're here for a cut your stylist will create a cut perfect for your face shape, lifestyle, and overall goals. 

We love to share our knowledge, so styling tips and tricks are always shared throughout your experience at Wild Honey.

We will wrap things up by sharing our personalized  recommendations for at home care so you know how protect your investment. 

We will then book your next reservation before you leave to ensure self care is always on your calendar.

You'll find us located at 261 N 3rd Street, Philadelphia. A landmark to look out for is Chocolate Works apartments as we are a few doors down.

PARKING

Please pay attention to ALL traffic signs, as you will be towed if you are in a no parking zone.

 

close parking garages:

  • 215 N 2nd street (3-5 min walk)

  • 304 race street (3-5 min walk)

 

please allow yourself extra time to find parking to ensure your appointment starts on time.

POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS.

We require 24 hours to cancel your visit with us. We understand the need arises to have to cancel or reschedule your visit, but when you cancel or reschedule without giving us enough notice it causes the salon and our stylists to lose both time and income.
 

 

 

24 Hour Cancellation Policy.

Less than 24 Hours = 50% of scheduled service cost.

Less than 12 hours = 100% of scheduled service cost.
 

 

 

 

We require a card on file, if you do not cancel or reschedule within the allotted time frames, your card will be charged accordingly. We do not accept e-mail cancellations. Rescheduling last minute is the same as canceling last minute.

ADJUSTMENTS & REFUNDS.

We understand that sometimes once you get home and live in your new hair for a few days, you may find that some adjustments need to be made. We are happy to make minor adjustments that align with our original consultation within 7 days of the original service. Adjustments that alter the original plan or are requested after 7 days of the original service will require full payment.

 

No refunds.

LATENESS.

In order to keep our salon running efficiently we do kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment or adjust your services that are being received that day to ensure we do not run behind for our next guest.

This is just a mini consultation so we can help get you booked correctly, at your appointment your stylist will have a full consultation with you to discuss everything related to your hair goals!

KNOW WHAT SERVICES YOU WANT, OR ALREADY SPOKE TO A STYLIST? 
If you are booking a blow dry, or simple haircut feel free to book yourself! If you are wanting a specific cut or style and want guidance on who to choose, feel free to fill out the consultation form.
