SALON POLICIES

 

CANCELLATIONS - We request 48 hours notice for any changes made to an existing appointment. If you do not cancel within 48 hours t half the cost of the appointment is due before rebooking. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, the full cost of the appointment will be due before rebooking.

 

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment or reschedule without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, causing our stylists to lose both time & income. We do send confirmation texts and you can cancel 24/7 online.

 

If a reservation is canceled or rescheduled without a minimum of 48 hours a rebooking fee will be assessed based on your appointment time and must be paid before another service can be scheduled. However, we do our best to work with you in the event of a last minute emergency as we do understand there are circumstances beyond our control. If you no-show your appointment you will be required to pay 100% of the appointment cost before booking future reservations.

APPOINTMENT TIMES - In order to keep our salon running efficiently we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment or adjust your services that are being received that day to ensure we do not run behind for our next guest.

ADJUSTMENTS -We understand that sometimes once you get home and live in your new hair for a few days, you may find that some adjustments need to be made. We are happy to make minor adjustments that align with our original consultation within 7 days of the original service. Adjustments that alter the original plan or are requested after 7 days of the original service will require full payment.
