Pre visit
Once you have filled out our digital consultation form one of our guest happiness team members will review your form and match you with the best stylists for your hair goals and budget. Once we find the perfect appointment time for you - we will get you booked!
You will receive a text reminder and confirmation before each visit. You have 48 hours to reschedule you rappointment before our cancellation policy kicks in.

Your first visit with us is so important! It can be intimidating and nerve wracking to see a new stylist for the first time! We understand that and work to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through our doors. We are going to take the time to first chat about your hair goals. We will ask questions about your hair, budget, look at inspo pictures and create a roadmap to your dream hair!
During your service our stylists love to chat and connect with each guest, or if you'd prefer to work, read a book, or relax in silence we love that for you too! This is you time - spend it how you like. We have wifi, snacks, and seasonal beverages for your to enjoy!
